The Scottish Wholesale Association has produced a Guidance Note for Wholesalers on Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP) and Licensing.

A new report has warned that 60% of companies are unprepared for the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation with less than three months until their implementation.

Employers should be aware of changes to employment rates from April 1st.
